SEARCH FOR A CEO, CHAIRMAN, NED AND FUNDRAISE

A startup tech business with a £1m turnover and a very exciting software product required a strong board of directors as well as an initial fundraise. Forster Chase was retained. After an extensive search we were able to source a new Chairman and NED as well as raise £0.5m of capital.

With the business in growth mode and heading towards a series A fundraise, 2 years later they approached us when a need arose to find a new CEO to lead them through this next phase. We were able to source a CEO who had multiple start up experience as well as industry contacts at the most senior levels to multi billion pound companies to grow the business.

Forster Chase are also now shareholders of the business and we will continue to support it in all stages of growth.
